You grant us a power of attorney to represent you in tax matters. We also conclude mandate agreements, fee arrangements and data protection consents. At the same time, we set up your business in our practice management software.

After a successful transfer, your business is fully set up in our office. All previous data is available so that ongoing support can continue without interruption.

In a brief conversation we clarify what you need and whether any special circumstances apply, such as rental income, self-employment or foreign income.

We record your personal details (name, address, tax identification number, marital status) and you grant us a power of attorney to represent you in tax matters for electronic submission to the tax authority.

We provide you with a checklist of all relevant information. You can submit your documents by post, e-mail or via digital solutions such as our client portal "Meine Steuern".

We check your documents for completeness and plausibility, prepare the income tax return and present it to you for review and approval.

After your approval, we submit the return electronically to the tax authority. We review the tax assessment and file an objection if necessary. These services are included in our fee.
