Careers at DITTRICH
Full-time or part-time in Münster. Ongoing financial and payroll accounting, tax returns and client communication in a modern, internationally focused team.
There is never a dull moment here. We advise clients from a wide range of industries and offer services that go well beyond the standard portfolio of a tax practice - from ongoing tax compliance and international tax law through to auditing. As a Tax Clerk you will be right at the heart of it all.
Our people are our greatest asset. Flat hierarchies, modern software and a friendly, respectful working environment mean you will feel at home quickly - and that your work is seen and valued.
As a practice with specialist advisers in International Tax Law and in Customs and Excise Duties, we offer an exceptionally varied range of work. You will receive thorough onboarding, benefit from regular training, and can share in the firm's success - beyond your salary.
We place great importance on work-life balance: a flexible start to your working day, the option of a 4-day week, home office after the first year, and flexible arrangements following parental leave are all standard with us. And if you would like to get a feel for things first, you are welcome to spend a few days working with us on a no-obligation trial basis.

Your contact
CEO
MBA, Tax Consultant, Chartered Accountant, Expert Adviser for International Taxation, Expert Adviser for Customs and Excise Duties
Four areas that will shape your work at DITTRICH - from your tasks and our team to the conditions we offer.
You will handle ongoing financial and payroll accounting, prepare VAT advance returns, payroll calculations and personal as well as business tax returns. As the main point of contact for your clients you will deal with queries, prepare documents for annual financial statements and work closely with our tax advisers.
You hold a completed qualification as a Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) and are enthusiastic about your profession. You work in an organised, careful and focused manner, are friendly and reliable in your dealings with clients, and are keen to keep developing professionally. English skills are helpful but not a requirement.
You will receive a secure, responsible position, thorough onboarding and performance-based pay. We support you regularly and systematically with continuing education - and you will share in the firm's success beyond your salary. Flat hierarchies mean your ideas can be put into practice quickly.
You will work in modern, pleasant offices with up-to-date hardware and software. The Haferlandweg location has ample parking. What matters most to us is a friendly, respectful approach and a team where appreciation is not just a buzzword but something you can actually feel.
