As Tax Adviser and Managing Director of Wolfgang Dittrich GmbH, I advise companies and private individuals on all tax matters.
As a specialist adviser for international tax law and specialist adviser for customs and excise duties, I support you in optimising your customs and tax processes. In particular, I guide you through customs audits and assist with applications for authorisations.
Beyond that, I develop an individual tax strategy for you to optimise the overall tax burden in the area of international tax law. I help you make use of tax opportunities and avoid double taxation.

Switching tax advisers? Here is how easy it isNew clients start with an initial consultation, which can take place by phone, via video conference on Teams or Zoom, or in person at our firm. We clarify your individual needs, discuss the scope of services and explain our digital working methods.

In 90% of cases we handle bookkeeping via the digital platform DATEV Unternehmen Online. Income tax returns are also processed using the online solution "Meine Steuern". Meetings can take place flexibly by phone, video or in person.

Tax optimisation starts with a thorough analysis of your overall situation. We review your income types, shareholdings and international links, and show you planning options that reduce your total tax burden within the framework of statutory rules.
Deadline management is one of our most important principles. We monitor all relevant submission deadlines for tax returns, advance notifications and assessments, and inform you in good time when we need documents or decisions from you.
This depends on your individual situation. In principle we need proof of income, receipts for expenditure and insurance as well as business documents such as invoices and bank statements. At the initial meeting we compile a checklist tailored precisely to your case. We work with DATEV Unternehmen Online and "Meine Steuern". Through these platforms you can upload receipts, invoices and documents digitally. Tax returns are also submitted electronically to the tax office. We set up the system together and show you how to use it in your day-to-day work.
Both options are possible. Many clients record their receipts themselves via DATEV Unternehmen Online and we take care of the posting and review. Others hand everything over to us completely. The model that suits you best is something we work out together at the initial meeting.
For such projects we support you from the outset. We analyse the tax implications, examine funding opportunities and develop a structure that fits your goals. Where necessary, we also coordinate with your solicitor or bank.
Depending on whether you are employed, self-employed or running a business, different types of tax come into play - from income tax through VAT and trade tax to corporation tax. We give you a clear overview and show you where action is needed.
Tax planning and business management go hand in hand. We support you in forecasting tax payments, building sensible reserves and evaluating investment decisions from a tax perspective so that you remain financially able to act.
We handle all queries from the tax office on your behalf. We review the request, prepare the response and communicate directly with the tax office. You are of course kept informed at every step and do not have to deal with it yourself.
