There are a number of ways to provide staff with tax-advantaged benefits. Vouchers that employees can redeem with a third party are free of tax and social insurance contributions up to a monthly exemption limit of 44.00 euros per employee. You could, for example, give your employee an Amazon voucher. It is important that this additional benefit is set out in a supplement to the employment contract. The employee must not have the option of claiming cash instead of the voucher or passing the voucher on to a third party.
