Description of the process:
- We transfer all master data for your company and your employees into our system. In doing so, we check the master data for plausibility and the employees' documents for completeness:
- Tax identification number
- Health insurer membership certificate
- Where applicable, proof of enrolment
- Where applicable, work permit
- Where applicable, for mini-jobbers: declaration "No second mini-job"
On request, we also check the master data of your employees for compliance with the employment contract and collective agreement.
- You notify us monthly of the data required for payroll accounting (hours, salary changes, new employees, change of health insurer, etc.). For this purpose we provide you with clear digital input forms.
