As a business owner, do you sell your products on online platforms such as Amazon?
Make sure your VAT identification number is registered. Since 1 January 2015, Amazon will otherwise charge you Amazon fees plus 19% VAT. However, this VAT cannot be deducted as input tax (Vorsteuer), as it is not legally owed. You are required to apply the reverse charge procedure.
